Refunds & Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the product you have purchased from us arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at chateaunouveau@outlook.com.au with a picture(s) of your damaged item. Once your claim has been assessed, we will send out a replacement to your original shipping address or alternatively, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we will not accept change-of-mind returns, clearance sale items or items that have already been used. As outlined above, if the item you have purchased from us is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please proceed to contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wax Melts Affected by heat/melting
Unfortunately we cannot refund melted items, please understand this when placing your order. Wax melts can be effected by high levels of heat which can then effect the look of both the wax melt and its packaging. Take this into consideration when ordering.
Are They Allowed in my country:
When ordering please remember to check all laws and legislations for said products and if they are permit into your country. Any products held by customs for legal reasons is the responsibility of said consumer. No refunds will be issued for these incidents.
