We ship Australia-wide and orders usually take between 2 and 10 business days to be delivered to you once dispatched by Chateau Nouveau - shipping times will vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors including, but not limited to postal and courier industry delays of which are out of Chateau Nouveau's control. We do not guarantee delivery times.

Chateau Nouveau aims to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of an order being placed, but during peak times dispatch may take up to 3 days.

It is up to the consumer when ordering, if an item is allowed in there country, any products held by customs for legal reasons is the responsibility of said consumer.
